More about Holli:

Holli started working in the mental health field in 2011 after receiving a bachelor of science in psychology from Oklahoma City University and a master of social work from California State University, Sacramento. Since then Holli has worked in both the public and private sectors in outpatient, inpatient, and residential settings. Holli has worked with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents. Holli has received training in several evidence based practices including, motivational interviewing, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), parent child interaction therapy (PCIT), multisystemic therapy (MST), cognitive therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and heart-centered hypnotherapy. She believes that her clients benefit most when she uses an eclectic approach to best meet the individual needs of each person that she works with as therapy is not “one size fits all.” Each individual has unique experiences and challenges and equally requires his or her own unique approach to therapy. Holli is compassionate and nonjudgemental as she focuses on each individual's strengths and empowers her clients as they move forward on their life journeys. Holli has advanced training and currently specializes in using cognitive therapy, EMDR, and heart-centered hypnotherapy with adults who have a history of trauma and various mental health related difficulties. Holli enjoys integrating these modalities to provide support to help heal the mind, body, and spirit.
